What You'll Do:
As our Accounting Manager, you'll drive accuracy, transparency, and compliance across all accounting functions. From month-end close to cash forecasting, you'll oversee the full financial picture-ensuring we stay audit-ready and performance-focused.

Your Impact Includes:
• Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual closes across multiple sites
• Managing AR/AP, daily cash flow, and general ledger activities
• Preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Guiding operational teams with data-driven insights and recommendations
• Supporting audits and compliance efforts (GAAP + SOX)
• Developing and refining processes for greater efficiency and accuracy

What We're Looking For:
A strategic thinker with strong analytical chops and a keen eye for detail
A team-oriented leader who thrives on collaboration and communication
A data-driven professional who can turn financial complexity into clear insights
Tech-savvy with ERP and advanced Excel skills
5-7 years of relevant experience + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
