Collaborate with other departments and community organizations to develop volunteer networks. Maintain a calendar of activities and events for residents and families. Manage budgets and monitor expenses to meet financial targets. Recruit, hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team. Qualifications: At least one year of supervisory experience, preferably in senior living. High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Ability to train and motivate volunteers and staff. Maintain relevant certifications/licenses, such as CDL if applicable. Knowledge of resident care regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new applications.
