The Daniel Dixon Team at CrossCountry Mortgage is looking for a Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant to help us provide exceptional service to our growing client base.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most productive and client-focused mortgage teams in Colorado. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our loan process running smoothly, from helping clients with paperwork to coordinating directly with loan originators. If you're motivated, detail-oriented, and love supporting people through major life moments, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
• Be the right hand to our Loan Originators—supporting them with documentation, scheduling, and client communication
• Prepare, gather, and review loan packages, credit reports, and underwriting documents
• Respond to client inquiries and keep them informed every step of the way
• Maintain our CRM and help organize leads, tasks, and communication history
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, calls, and follow-ups
• Identify and report any discrepancies or missing information in loan files
• Work closely with our branch manager and team to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
• Submit files to Fast Track and send disclosures to clients as needed
Qualifications:
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) in both written and verbal communication
• Detail-obsessed and great at keeping things organized
• A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
• Some knowledge of the mortgage process is helpful—FHA, VA, Conventional, etc.
• Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
• NMLS license is a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
• High school diploma required; a college degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus
