Job Description

I am partnered with a well-established, successful contractor who is looking for a BIM / CAD Specialist to add to their growing team. The ideal candidate will be competent and proficient in drafting/modeling in all aspects of design. Experience in electrical design is preferred, not required. An ability to work in a team environment is essential.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

Follow BIM content standards and development procedures
Leverage BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate between disciplines
Prepare model content for BIM coordination meetings
Adhere to BEP (BIM Execution Plan) and BIM project workflow criteria
Exhibit a strong understanding of construction principles
Collaborate and Coordinate with other disciplines
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Demonstrate a sense of pride and adhere to high standards and quality personally and in their work
Possess superior organizational/time management skills and a positive attitude with the ability to multi-task several projects at one time
Maintain a good working attitude and a desire to be a key member of the team
Provide top service to clients with consistent and concise communication
