Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to manage and oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing systems, a proven ability to lead field crews, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. As a superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring that all roofing projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site roofing activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Manage roofing crews and subcontractors, providing direction and support throughout the project.
• Oversee installation and repair of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, built-up roofs, and metal roofing systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies on all job sites.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
• Coordinate materials delivery, equipment needs, and daily operations to ensure efficient workflow on the job site.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions for any on-site challenges or unexpected changes.
• Prepare and submit daily reports detailing job progress, crew performance, and material usage.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to safety protocols and standards at all times.

• Experience:
• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
• Expertise in various commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofing.
