**What you'll be doing:**
Provides stellar customer service in all internal and external customer interactions. Serves as a mentor to teammates and ensures daily activities are in alignment with the strategic coals of the department and company
+ Assists with mentoring customer service reps by providing on-the-spot training and assistance with customer escalations.
+ Provides feedback to management on training opportunities.
+ Promotes a positive, team-centric work environment with the main focus being customer satisfaction.
+ Processes customer orders, while striving to exceed customer expectations.
+ Continued focus on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and customer relationship building.
+ Actively participates in meetings and provides suggestions to management for process improvements and efficiencies.
+ Involvement in ongoing Transformation efforts as directed by management.
**What you bring to the table:**
+ Exemplary customer service and order processing skills.
+ Excellent communication skills including verbal and written such as e-mail and phone skills.
+ Demonstrated organizational skills.
+ Solid knowledge of multiple company systems and processes
+ Understanding phone and email metrics
+ Working as a part of a fast-paced environment
**What's needed- Basic Qualifications:**
+ Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and related experience
+ Preferred Education: Associate's or Technical Degree in related field
+ Minimum Years of Experience: 2-4 years of related or transferable experience
+ Proficient demonstrated use of Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) required.
**What's needed: Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Coordinate new implementations with Sales teams and Implementation team
+ Experience in sales support
