We’re seeking enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistants to support in-person marketing campaigns and help elevate customer engagement for a well-established client. What You’ll DoAssist in the smooth daily execution of live events, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities
Act as a key liaison between clients and customers, ensuring positive and seamless event experiences
Drive brand awareness, outreach, and fundraising goals through proactive engagement
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to develop your skills
Contribute fresh, creative ideas to enhance event performance and customer satisfaction
Respond professionally to customer inquiries, providing clear and effective solutions
Collect and report customer feedback and campaign performance data
Provide timely updates to leadership and actively engage in strategy discussions
Continuously build your communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Genuine interest in marketing, event planning, customer service, or sales
No prior experience required — comprehensive training provided
