We are looking for a curious and motivated Food Scientist to join our R&D team and help bring cutting-edge products from concept to reality.

What You’ll Do

As an entry-level Food Scientist, you will work closely with experienced R&D professionals to support product development and innovation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, testing, and optimizing formulations for beverages, snacks, and other food products.
  • Support pilot plant and lab-scale trials, including ingredient weighing, mixing, and processing.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations and collect data for product improvement.
  • Assist in shelf-life studies and quality evaluations to ensure product performance over time.
  • Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and formulations.
  • Stay current on food trends, ingredient innovations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (QA, Operations, Marketing) to support commercialization efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in food or beverage product development (internships or co-ops strongly considered).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of food chemistry, ingredient functionality, and processing.
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and standard testing methods.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow experimental protocols.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and willingness to learn.
  • Other: Comfortable working in lab, pilot plant, and production environments.
