Job Title: Machine Adjuster

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Adjuster to ensure the efficient operation of our folding machines. The successful candidate will be responsible for supplying proper tooling and components, setting up machinery according to specifications, and performing troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supply proper tooling and components to the folding machines.
• Setup folding machines per sample and order jacket specifications.
• Troubleshoot operating issues with folding machines.
• Set up machinery for operators.
• Replace gears, bearings, sprockets, and conveyor belts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery.
• Operate machinery as needed.
• Work closely with operators to troubleshoot machinery and ensure product output.

• Troubleshooting
• Mechanic skills
• Hydraulics
• Diagnostic testing
• Knowledge of gears and bearings
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Automotive repair experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as an auto mechanic
• Field mechanic experience
• Fleet mechanic experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
