Aerotek is hiring Maintenance Machinist's!

The Maintenance Machinist uses machine tools to create or modify parts, including tool and die assembly and setup. Proficiency in using end mills, surface grinders, drill mill tool grinders, cutting saws, power drills, cutting torches, welders, CNC machines, lathe machines, and hand tools is required.

• Use various machine tools to make or modify parts
• Perform tool and die assembly and setup
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Disassemble and assemble mechanical components and engines
• Operate machine tools such as drill presses, grinders, and cutting tools
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Mechanical aptitude, including engine disassembly and assembly
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Experience with drill press operation
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of hydraulics and machine operation
• Understanding of electrical systems

• Experience with CNC machines
• Familiarity with welders and cutting torches
• Experience with lathe machines

The work environment is clean, organized, and well-lit. While not temperature controlled, industrial fans are used during hotter months, and additional clothing can be worn during colder periods.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $72800.00/yr.
