Position Overview :
Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is an seeking experienced and detail-oriented MIG/TIG Welder for a growing company in North Branch, MN . • Hourly Pay: $20.00-$30.00 (Depending on Experience)
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
• Perform MIG and Pulse welding on large hoppers and tanks using jigs and fixtures
• Set up and operate Miller Axcess 40v wire feeder and Miller Axcess 300 pulse welder
• Ensure all welds are leak-proof and meet quality standards
• Self-inspect work and follow documented manufacturing procedures
• Support cross-functional tasks and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications
• 2-3 years of MIG and/or Pulse welding experience preferred
• Skilled in MIG, Pulse, and some TIG welding techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret weld symbols
• Must provide own tools (list available upon request)
• Proven reliability, strong teamwork, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Drug screen and background check- not required
