What you’ll do:

1. Follow up with clients and stay in contact
2. Build strong relationships that lead to more deals
3. Meet with buyers and sellers, and help match them with the right properties
4. Hold open houses to promote listings
5. Manage the full process from listing to close
6. Find new leads and stay active in the market
7. Know your market and be ready to answer questions about listings and trends

What you need to bring:

1. Sales experience helps but isn’t required
2. Comfort using technology
3. Clear communication and strong people skills
4. Self-motivated and goal-focused
5. Organized and efficient with your time
6. An active Real Estate License is required

Commission only ~ $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
