Job Description

The Production Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating all production activities to ensure the company meets its production targets. This role requires efficient organization and prioritization of daily tasks to accomplish goals while coordinating and scheduling work across various departments. The manager is expected to uphold the highest standards of quality and excellence in all processes and individual performance, taking personal ownership to ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality, defect-free products.

Responsibilities

• Leads the activities of shift and department supervisors in the manufacturing process in accordance with work
• Report general progress of daily production, shipments and problem areas to Operation Manager.
• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities, and reporting results of the processing flow on personnel production summaries.
• Enforces and ensures all work areas are maintained and clean by educating and directing personnel on the 6s program.
• Maintain a safe production environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive aviation manufacturing experience
• Experience leading teams and promoting great cultures.
