Description Prospect Research Specialist Remote (with occasional onsite meetings in Portland, Maine) Are you a detail-obsessed researcher who loves uncovering hidden opportunities? We're looking for a Prospect Research Specialist to power our mission by identifying and qualifying potential donors who can make a meaningful impact. You'll play a key role in building targeted prospect lists, preparing high-quality briefings, and ensuring our donor data is sharp and accurate. What You'll Do: Conduct online and print research to uncover high-potential prospects Create insightful prospect briefings for our fundraising teams Build smart, targeted prospect lists to fuel fundraising success Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date donor data What We're Looking For: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Fluency with databases, research tools, and search engines Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights Strong time management and prioritization skills Why MaineHealth?
