• Autonomy in practicing in the best interest of patients without corporate interference
• Up to $240/hour for clinical medication management, organized per code, with options for 20 or 30-minute follow-ups
• Option to supervise Nurse Practitioners at $300 per APN/month
• Growing team-based model with regular virtual team meetings
• Clinical work from home with flexible days and hours
• Compensation based on patient and code billed, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability for full-time clinicians
• Active collaboration with therapists to coordinate patient care

Job Requirements:

• Clean and unrestricted medical license
• Positive, non-judgmental attitude toward patients
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong patient-relations skills
• Experience as a Psychiatrist is preferred but not required

Hourly salary range: $130$240 USD
