Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• A licensed, highly motivated, and coachable real estate agent.
• Someone disciplined and ready to diligently work a high volume of opportunities.
• An agent with excellent communication skills and a deep commitment to client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diligently follow up, nurture, and convert a high volume of team-provided leads.
• Master our CRM and lead management systems.
• Conduct professional buyer and seller consultations.
• Provide a 5-star experience for every client.

Qualifications:

• Active Real Estate License.
• A strong work ethic and a desire to be part of a fast-paced, successful team.
• Tech-savvy and ready to learn our systems.
