About the Role:

We're looking for a sharp, energetic recruiter with at least 1 year of experience. You'll be hiring Field B2B Sales Representatives (both W-2 and 1099) for markets across the U.S.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll partner directly with hiring managers, own the full-cycle recruiting process, and be the driving force behind our continued expansion.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand recruiting needs and priorities

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and a little creativity

  • Screen and interview applicants to assess fit and qualifications

  • Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed every step of the way

  • Maintain clean, updated records in our ATS (we like tidy systems!)

  • Attend recruiting events, job fairs, and virtual hiring pushes

  • Be a brand ambassador — promote our culture, values, and growth path

What You Bring:
  • 1+ year of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)

  • Strong communication and people skills — you're a relationship-builder

  • Great organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple searches at once

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools

  • Familiarity with sales or high-volume recruiting? That’s a bonus!
