At Leprino, we take pride in being the world's largest producer of mozzarella cheese and a leading producer of dairy ingredients. As we launch our newest, state-of-the-art facility in Lubbock, TX, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to help lead all efforts in building our high-performing team of 600 team members.

• Lead the full-cycle and high-volume recruitment efforts for all hourly manufacturing roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Screening candidates and ensuring an efficient hiring process.
• Supporting new hire orientations and coordinating onboarding activities.
• Ensuring compliance with eVerify, background checks, drug testing, and all other adherence to Leprino’s hiring practices.
• Managing candidate workflows within SAP SuccessFactors ATS.
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

• 1-3 years of high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred), eVerify, and hiring compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously (we will be hiring hundreds of employees in the next eight months!)

We’ve grown a bit since then. Today, Leprino is the world’s largest manufacturer of mozzarella and lactose, and a leading producer of whey protein.
