Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and clinically knowledgeable Report Writer to assist in the preparation of comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluation reports. This individual will work closely with licensed psychologists and psychometrists to synthesize testing data, behavioral observations, and clinical interviews into clear, organized, and diagnostically sound reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft high-quality psychological and neuropsychological evaluation reports using structured templates and clinician feedback.

  • Interpret raw data, standardized test scores, and behavioral observations to support diagnostic impressions.

  • Collaborate with evaluating psychologists to ensure clinical accuracy, clarity, and consistency in reporting.

  • Ensure reports meet all ethical, legal, and professional standards.

  • Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all stages of report development.

  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and balance multiple cases as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or doctoral-level training in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field preferred (advanced graduate students welcome to apply).

  • Strong knowledge of psychological and neuropsychological assessment measures (e.g., WAIS-IV, WISC-V, WIAT-4, MMPI-3, BASC-3, etc.).

  • Previous experience writing or editing psychological reports is highly preferred.

  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple clinicians.

  • Familiarity with telehealth and electronic health records systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with both pediatric and adult populations.

  • Understanding of DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria.

Familiarity with learning disabilities, ADHD, mood disorders, developmental disorders, and cognitive decline.
