Your Role

In this exciting position, you will:

• Build eye-catching displays and end caps that attract shoppers.
• Reset shelves and rotate products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers are fully stocked.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
• Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes excellent customer service.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is friendly, enthusiastic, and enjoys interacting with customers and management.
• Is at least 18 years old .
• Can perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs .
• Has reliable transportation to and from work.
• Brings 1-2 years of merchandising experience and has experience in leading and training others.
• Is comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for work documentation.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Is a motivated self-starter with a strong focus on results.
• Can work independently while also being a team player.
• Prioritizes safety in a retail environment.
