Responsibilities Lead client engagements related to process improvements and operational analysis for customer-facing services. Collaborate with clients and KPMG teams to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes. Apply consulting expertise and industry knowledge to project execution. Develop client value propositions linking financial metrics to business improvements. Contribute to engagement planning, resource management, and staff development. Qualifications At least three years of management consulting experience, particularly in customer service, contact centers, or digital customer fields, with leadership experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred. Deep knowledge in areas such as customer service transformation, experience design, workforce management, quality management, and digital platforms. Experience evaluating benchmarks, managing contact center technologies, and implementing improvements. Willingness to travel extensively. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
