As a Skilled Construction Laborer , you will be a key part of our field team, working on a variety of outdoor construction projects that include landscaping, hardscaping, and structural installations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has experience in construction or a related trade, and takes pride in creating high-quality finished products. Whether you're setting the foundation for a patio, pouring concrete, or framing an outdoor structure, your expertise will help bring our landscape designs to life.

What You'll Do

• Assist in site preparation, including excavation, grading, and material handling
• Install hardscape elements such as retaining walls, patios, and walkways
• Perform concrete work, including pouring, forming, and finishing
• Assist with framing and carpentry for outdoor structures
• Operate construction equipment like skid steers, compactors, and power tools
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized job site

What We're Looking For

• Experience in construction or landscaping (concrete, framing, excavation, or related trades preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints, take measurements, and operate power tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Comfort with working in various weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred but not mandatory)
• Punctuality and a strong work ethic. We value team players who take pride in their craft
