Job Description

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Minooka, IL.



Qualified applicants have a degree in Speech Language Pathology and Illinois state SLPA licensure.

Employment Type:

• 2025-2026 school year
• Full time hours: 35-40 hours per week
• K-12th grade caseloads available
• Onsite supervision provided

Responsibilities:

• Work under the supervision and direction of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide individualized therapy sessions to clients of all ages.
• Implement treatment plans and exercises designed by the Speech-Language Pathologist to target speech, language, communication, and swallowing goals.
• Document progress, observations, and notes for each session in a clear and organized manner.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including other therapists, educators, and caregivers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

Qualifications:

• Illinois licensure required
• Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
