Job Title: Remote School Psychologist New Mexico (K12)
Location: Remote (Must be licensed in New Mexico)
Job Type: Full-Time 1099 Contract
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Remote School Psychologist licensed in New Mexico to provide virtual psychological and educational support to K12 students. In this role, you will conduct psychoeducational evaluations, contribute to eligibility determinations, support IEP development, and provide virtual consultation and counseling servicesall from a secure remote setting.

Conduct virtual psychoeducational assessments, re-evaluations, and screenings in compliance with New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED) and IDEA guidelines.
Write comprehensive, legally defensible reports that include educational recommendations and eligibility determinations.
Participate in virtual multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP meetings.
Collaborate with educators, special education teams, administrators, and families to support students' academic and mental health needs.
Provide virtual counseling, behavioral intervention, and crisis support as needed.
Support the implementation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), and Section 504 accommodations.
Maintain accurate documentation, service logs, and reports within required timelines.
Stay current on New Mexico education policies and national best practices in school psychology and telehealth.
Masters, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
Valid New Mexico School Psychologist License issued by the New Mexico Public Education Department (Required).
Minimum 1 year of experience in a school-based setting (virtual or on-site preferred).
Strong understanding of IDEA, Section 504, FERPA, and New Mexico-specific special education laws and processes.
Familiarity with virtual assessment tools and teletherapy best practices.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
