Are you a proven  Automotive Finance Director who knows how to maximize performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction? A leading Dealer Group in the Metro Atlanta area is searching for a  strategic, experienced Finance Director who can oversee Finance operations, build a high-performing F&I team, and drive consistent results.

Responsibilities – Finance Director:

• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance Manager
• Ensure compliance with lender programs, state and federal regulations, and company policies
• Maximize finance penetration, product sales, and overall profitability
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics across all rooftops
• Partner with senior leadership to set goals, implement processes, and maintain accountability

Qualifications/Requirements – Finance Director:

• Proven automotive finance manager or director experience
• Strong ability to structure deals for maximum profitability while adhering to dealership guidelines
• Expertise in leasing and special finance programs
• Familiarity with state law requirements and all relevant vehicle paperwork
• High ethical standards and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and insurance
